1. Admission and Documentation:

- Valid ID proof (e.g., Aadhaar card) and passport-size photographs must be provided during admission.

- An agreement must be signed before moving in.

- The monthly fees and security deposit must be paid in advance as per the agreed schedule.

- Late payment of rent will attract a penalty of ₹30 per day.

- The security deposit will be refunded only after deducting any damages or unpaid dues.


3. Room Allocation:

- Rooms are allocated based on availability and cannot be changed without prior approval.

- Sharing accommodations (if applicable) require mutual consent from roommates.


4. Code of Conduct:

- Smoking, alcohol consumption, and illegal activities are strictly prohibited.

- Respect fellow students maintain peace. Loud noise and disruptive behavior are not allowed.


5. Visitors Policy:

- Visitors are allowed only in the common areas and during specific hours (1 to 2).

- No overnight stays for visitors are permitted.


6. Maintenance and Cleanliness:

- Students must keep their rooms clean and tidy.

- Any damage to property or appliances must be reported immediately and may incur repair costs.


7. Curfew and Security:

- Curfew timings: 8:30pm. Students must adhere to the timing strictly.

- Students are responsible for their personal belongings. Management is not liable for theft or loss.


8. Electricity and Utilities:

- Students must ensure lights, fans, and appliances are switched off when not in use.


9. Food Services (if applicable):

- Meals will be served at specific timings. No food will be served outside these hours.

- Students with dietary restrictions should inform management in advance.


10. Management Rights:

- Management reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions as required.

- Management is not responsible for disruptions caused by external factors such as power outages or natural calamities.
